About the Program

The ALC Robotics Bootcamp is a 2-day weekend training program that brings together young people aged 16-23 years to empower them to take ownership of their learning, equip them to think entrepreneurially and understand the foundations of many advancements in robotics and automation.

As robots continue to infiltrate our everyday lives and increasingly impact how we live, together with the rise of artificial intelligence, the 21st-century leader needs to build a minimum awareness of the technological underpinnings behind such advancements. This non-residential boot camp involves a mix of workshops, team-building sessions and projects to be delivered over two weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) by ALC staff and students. These activities will introduce the participants to the basics of programming to develop the proper knowledge and skill set to deliver on the final challenge day.
